By combining helpful, up-to-date information with world-class customer service via your dedicated Moving Coach, we are able to produce the most cost-effective and stress-free moving experience available. Through strategic relationships with the nation’s leading van lines, the Moving Coach program helps you identify, communicate and contract with top moving companies.

Our professional Moving Coaches, all of whom have extensive industry experience, will help you every step of the way … all at no cost to you.

Step 1: The Call
You (or your agent) contact the Moving Coach TM Service Center. A professional Moving Coach will contact you directly to explain the features and benefits of our service and answer any of your questions.

Step 2: Needs Analysis
Using our proprietary Match, Track and Move TM system, the Moving Coach will complete a needs analysis for you identifying specific needs, move dates, shipment profile and other important information.

Step 3: The Search Begins
Based on the needs analysis conducted by the Moving Coach, The Moving Coach will conduct a thorough database search to identify and assign the best matched van line agents to perform the free multiple moving estimates. You can expect to hear from prospective movers within 2 working days to schedule a date and time.

Step 4: How They Stack Up
The selected van lines will perform a moving estimate with you at your home. A copy of the estimate will be given to you and a copy will be sent to The Moving Coach. The Moving Coach will review all of the estimates with you and provide expert advice and direction to assist you with your decision. With accurate information and freedom of choice, you can then select a van line to perform the move.

Step 5: Set a Date
As soon as you decide which mover to go with, The Moving Coach will then notify all parties of the decision, confirm shipment registration for you, project move dates and verify VIP status.

Step 6: Follow-through
The Moving Coach will constantly monitor your shipment, acting as your "advocate." To ensure total satisfaction, the Moving Coach will contact you on "pack", "load" and "delivery" days to confirm timeline, answer questions and address any concerns.

Step 7: The End
At completion of the journey, you will be invited to complete a customer satisfaction survey on the overall Moving Coach experience and van line performance.
